2. Reservation
2.1 Booking Process

5.1 Arrival and Departure
• Arrival and departure times are specified in the reservation confirmation. Any early arrival or late departure must be agreed in advance with France Room and may incur additional charges.
5.2 Use of the Premises
• The tenant undertakes to use the accommodation peacefully and to respect the premises and the neighborhood.
• The number of people occupying the accommodation cannot exceed that planned when booking.
5.3 Security Deposit
• A security deposit may be required before arrival by credit card to cover possible damages. It will be returned after departure, subject to deductions for repairs or additional cleaning.
6. Responsibilities
6.1 Responsibility of France Room
• France Room makes every effort to ensure the availability and conformity of the accommodation offered. However, we cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or events beyond our control.
6.2 Responsibility of the Tenant
• The tenant is responsible for damage caused to the accommodation and its equipment. He undertakes to immediately report any damage or malfunction.
7. Insurance
The tenant is invited to take out rental liability insurance covering rental risks (fire, water damage, etc.). France Room declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to tenants' personal effects.
